WASHINGTON, D.C. – Representative John W. Mannion today released the following statement denouncing Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem’s decision to end collective bargaining rights for more than 40,000 TSA employees responsible for aviation safety:
“The millions of Americans who pass through airports each year should be deeply troubled by the Homeland Security Secretary’s unilateral decision to strip collective bargaining rights from 40,000 TSA employees who keep our airports and skies safe, including at Syracuse Hancock International Airport.

“I was hoping President Trump would talk about how we could work together—Republicans and Democrats—to lower costs, lift people up, and improve the lives of families in Central New York and the Mohawk Valley.
Instead, I heard the same lies, attacks, and Kremlin talking points that Donald Trump and Elon Musk have unleashed into American discourse.



WASHINGTON, D.C. – Representative John W. Mannion (NY-22) today continued his strong support for students and New York dairy farmers by helping to advance the bipartisan Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act through the Education and Workforce Committee. Mannion’s legislation will give students access to more milk options produced locally by New York dairy farms at school.
