WASHINGTON, D.C. — Representative John W. Mannion (NY-22) today announced his legislation, the Science of Reading Act of 2026, passed out of the Education and Workforce Committee with unanimous support.
SYRACUSE, NY — Representative John W. Mannion (NY-22) today announced $1,031,000 in federal Community Project Funding for the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office to purchase and equip a new Mobile Command Center, a critical public safety investment identified as a local priority.
The purpose for this workshop is to increase public awareness of the tools and resources available to help manage energy costs. Constituent attendees will have the opportunity to speak directly with representatives from organizations/offices to learn about potential assistance options that they qualify for. This event will not guarantee lower utility bills, but is intended to raise community awareness to programs and services that may help alleviate energy-related expenses.
