REPRESENTATIVE JOHN W. MANNION HOSTS TICKET LOTTERY FOR NY-22 CONSTITUENTS TO ATTEND THE PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURATION ON JANUARY 20TH
Congressional office has a limited number of tickets that will be provided to constituents who enter a random drawing
SYRACUSE, NY – Representative John W. Mannion today announced a ticket lottery for NY-22 constituents who want to attend the presidential inauguration on January 20th.
Representative John W. Mannion (NY-22) said, “Assisting constituents will be a cornerstone of my work in Congress so I am very pleased to provide tickets to the presidential inauguration for the people of NY-22. Be sure to fill out the ticket form on my website by noon on Friday, January 10th for your chance to witness history in Washington, D.C.”
Ticket requests may be made through Representative Mannion’s website: Inauguration Ticket Requests | Congressman John Mannion. The tickets are mostly standing room with a very limited number that include seating. Due to high demand, there is a limit of two tickets per household and you must be a resident of NY-22 to be eligible.
The deadline to submit a ticket request is noon on Friday January 10th and the lottery will be held that afternoon. Winners will be notified via email with further information on how to pick up their tickets. Please note that the individual who enters the lottery must be the person who retrieves their tickets. Photo identification and proof of NY-22 residency will be required to pick up tickets, and winners will be responsible for their own travel and accommodations to Washington, D.C.
